Moderating a panel is often seen as “just asking questions”. It’s not.
The real work comes from: listening closely, catching the nuance in each perspective, then synthesising it into something the audience can actually use.
This session brought together voices from very different backgrounds, all with a shared goal to uplift the next generations of hospitality talent.
My role is to connect dots and nights, and turn soundbites into actionable insights.
Because a good panel informs. A great one, however, leaves people thinking differently about what they’ll do next.
