With in-person events and meetings coming back full-swing, we have so many opportunities to present:
— an idea we believe in or a pitch that we think can make a difference.
— and a mere 8 seconds to make a good first impression.

But oftentimes it’s not what we say but what WE DON’T SAY that matters — those subtle non-verbal cues that your audience pick up on, which tells them whether you believe in and are convinced by what you say.

That’s the perspective I shared at my recent keynote speech to a group of private bank RMs on WHY Your Presence Matters.

Great questions from the RMs too, including this one, “how can you reverse a negative first impression?” Ill be sharing more in the coming weeks. #KeynoteSpeaker #executivepresence
