Together with industry experts from #Maersk, Lee Sissons (Head of Ocean Management, Asia Pacific), James Savagar (Head of Retail and Lifestyle, Greater China) and Mads Stenson (Global Sustainability Development manager), and guest speakers, Sreepadaraj Karanam (SABIC) and Jackie Hong (LG Energy Solution), we discussed ways to remove friction in supply chains and how to engage with suppliers for responsible sourcing, among other things.
Besides the urgent need to #innovate now and #collaborate across sectors, it’s important to have the right level of visibility to identify hotspots in supply chains so companies know where they can lower their #carbonfootprint & take formative steps towards a #sustainablefuture. Also learnt about emerging innovation that can used to green logistics and supply chains.
