Interviewing David Beckham live from London? Well, don’t mind if I do! 🙂
Had a wonderful evening bantering with Sands Global ambassador, David Beckham and Chef Tetsuya Wakuda at the launch of the Marina Bay Sands Festive dine around 2020. This year we weren’t able to physically meet many of our celebrity chefs due to COVID-19 but thankfully, technology enabled the festive media dine around to happen, and with David as our special guest to boot.
Marina Bay Sands had built a special hybrid studio to accommodate both virtual and physical guests, and so our media friends had the chance to ‘banter with Beckham’ too. Best bit was when David surprised us with a cake he baked to commemorate Marina Bay Sands’ 10th year anniversary. Chef Tetsuya also shared more about his new plans for Waku Ghin, set to reopen in the new year.
